This is the entrance to Delhi's UP cousin-Noida (also know as Gautam Budda Nagar). Build during the 80's, the city is the jewel in UP's crown. It houses many major IT and software companies. Read more about it here.

The Ram Setu Protest

Activists from the right wing organizations oragnized protest rallies and blocked traffic on Delhi artery roads to protest the construction of a canal which they say would destroy the Ram Setu believed to have been built by Hindu God Lord Ram.
